TikTok Allowing Misinformation Along With Bullying and Harassment
Here is a prime example as to why TikTok should have been allowed to be banned from being used in the US as this video here is a clear violations of TikTok’s terms of services as it is posting politically incorrect misinformation about flag burning and when I went to call for the video to be reported for boosting false information TikTok turned around and took my video down for “Harassment and bullying” even though I was correcting the misinformation (see images below) and the user has since put up not just one, but two videos bullying and harassing me that are still up and yet TikTok has taken none of his videos down that are spreading false information.
According to UScourts.gov, flag burning is not a federal crime in fact to quote the actual PDF:
The Court has recognized that the First Amendment protects certain forms of symbolic speech. Flag burning is such a form of symbolic speech. When a flag is privately owned, the owner should be able to burn it if the owner chooses, especially if this action is meant in the form of protest.
The user in the video that this user stitched into his video was doing nothing that violated federal crimes as his flag is privately owned and so he therefore has the right to rip or burn his privately owned flag if he wants. But yet people who clearly disliked trump do not care the app is being used in such a way. This is not my first article speaking out against TikTok and it’s blatant violations of basic human rights and discriminatory behavior. I have spoken out against the app’s discrimination towards people who consider themselves pups and its discriminatory policies towards other minority groups that use the app. This is my third article calling out TikTok on its inappropriate and discrimination as this was clearly discrimination towards me as I was correcting and rightfully asking that his video be reported for misinformation and the one doing the right thing is the one having their videos taken down… why was this app allowed to stay in the US and why are people supporting it? Out of hatred towards trump? That’s a reason to allow this app to be here?
Update: October 29, 2020 11:11PM: So now the there are three people who have ganged up on me on TikTok for asking for that video to be reported for spreading misinformation and TikTok has refused to take the videos down even though having three people attacking me and calling me out is bullying and harassing.
