Stop Victim Blaming!
I honestly think the country has lost morality. To me we make life over complicated half the times when morality should be an agreement on both sides of the political aisle. A person does something wrong they shouldn’t just get away with it, period, yet we make allowances and attack the ones it is done to, no matter what side you’re on. I can’t support double standards, I was always raised actions have consequences yet we see so many people just get away with whatever and anyone who seeks justice made out to be vindictive, vengeful, crazy, etc. no matter what the wrong is.
I often ask myself why did my family lie to me all my childhood disciplining for my wrongful behaviors to watch in my adulthood others get away with theirs? Is it any wonder why people are fucked up in the head these days? We get “trained” in a certain environment only to see it shattered by a cruel harsh heartless world that can do nothing but put the wrongful actions of another on the person it is done to.
I just today got blamed while telling a person that me and an ex were holding hands at a mall and a security guard came up to us and told us we needed to stop cause we were making people uncomfortable and he told me that me and my ex brought on it on because I knew I lived in a religious area. What the actual f***?! I should be able to live wherever the f*** I please in the US and not be religiously persecuted for holding the guy I was dating’s hand in a public place but it’s okay for straight people to do so any time, any place? That’s not forcing on us to accept others’ beliefs but asking to be treated like straight people are is forcing them to accept ours? What the f*** ever happened to treat others as you would like to be treated? My God! I am so sick and tired of being blamed for another person’s actions! This is why I am against this whole letting sh** go and doing nothing it opens the door to placing blame on the person it’s done to and I AM F****** SICK OF IT! I have dealt with it my entire fucking life on this earth and I’ve had fucking enough! I am not to blame for that security guard’s actions anymore than I am to blame for Shawn’s, my father’s, my rapist‘s or my molester’s actions.
I am so sick of it! So done! I don’t give a d*** if you’re a conservative Republican, a liberal Democrat, a socialist, a Christian, an atheist or what the f*** ever this bulls*** blaming the person for another’s actions needs to stop! Go at the perps not their victims!
